DescriptionNongqause, Four-Way Hope Of Success – Absolom Gama. Many of Soweto's hopes for another international stage success are pinned on the new musical Nongqause, which opened at the glittering premiere in the Mofolo Hall this month. And Drum's verdict after watching the show several times is: It could make it! Nongqause is part tragic part comedy. It is a history and a fantasy. It has music, poetry and action. And throughout its length, there is a strong feeling of tribal Africa.
