• Registration
  • Registration on the site is free and gives you access to creating SELECTIONS
  • To register on this site click on Account icon at the top right of any page.
  • After registering you will receive an email confirming your registration
  • After confirmation you can immediately start to create SELECTIONS

• Basic Search:
  • To do a search put a word or phrase into the search box and click “search”. By default the search function searches all media files on the system.
  • Click the magnifying glass icon top left on the thumbnail of any asset to preview it and to see the associated information

• Preview Images
  • If the asset you are clicking on is an image, as opposed to a document, from the asset details page you can download a preview image.
  • Preview images are 72dpi and 500 pixels on the longest side.
  • Preview images may only be used for selection purposes. All other uses including in social media or presentations require prior written consent.

• Selections
  • When you are logged in you have the ability to use the selection functionality.
  • When you navigate to the My Selections page
  • Click on “Create New Selection”.
  • A dialogue box will slide in from the left where you can give your selection a Title and a Description and then click on Create Selection.
  • You will be redirected back to the “My Selections” page where you will see that the selection now exists but there will be no content in it. Clicking on the selection will simply reveal once again that there is nothing in the selection. What you need to do now is to search for some content you want to place in the selection or navigate to a gallery which you think may have content in it that you would like to add to your selection.
  • Once you have undertaken a search the search results page will return the results of your search. As you roll your mouse over the assets on the page, you will notice that there is both a magnifying glass icon top left and a heart icon top right. Clicking on the heart shaped icon will add material to your current selection.
  • To see which selection is your “current selection” top right of the page, just to the left of the search is a drop down menu with the current selection showing. From the drop down, make sure that the selection you are working on is selected and is showing when you click off the drop down menu.
  • When on a gallery page, adding to a selection is much the same as outlined above. Make sure the correct selection is selected in the current selection dropdown. Click on the heart top right of any asset you would like to add to the selection.
  • When you want to view the selection you have been adding assets to, navigate to the My Selections page and click on the selection you would like to view.
  • The selection page will load with the assets you have added to the selection.
  • You are able to delete items from the selection by clicking on the bin icon top right of any asset in the selection. In the future you will be able to share the selection.
